THE WORKFLOW

How I use these tools together.

The real value is not any one platform by itself. The value is how the services connect into an operating system for building and running projects.

01

Secure the Domain

Register and manage the domain through Name.com or the appropriate registrar.

02

Build the Site

Use WordPress or another development stack and deploy it to hosting infrastructure such as Hostinger.

03

Connect Payments

Use Stripe for integrated website commerce and Cash App where appropriate for selected direct transfers.

04

Manage Capital

Keep business operating funds separate from personal investing decisions and use appropriate platforms for each activity.

05

Invest Deliberately

Robinhood and Coinbase can provide access to investment markets and digital assets when those tools fit the strategy.

06

Keep Building

Reinvest in infrastructure, products, marketing, operations, automation and revenue-producing assets.

THE PRINCIPLE

Use tools to build systems.
Don’t build the business around the tool.

Platforms, prices, policies and features can change. I use third-party services where they solve a practical problem, while continuing to build systems that reduce unnecessary dependence on any single provider.

BUILD • OPERATE • SCALE

The tool matters.
The system matters more.

These platforms support different pieces of my workflow, but the objective is always the same: create useful infrastructure, operate efficiently, generate revenue, and keep building.
